End User License Agreement
Welcome to GenX. These Terms of Use and Custom End User License Agreement ("Terms" or "EULA") govern your access to and use of the GenX mobile application and web platform. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use GenX.
2. Service Description
GenX is an AI-powered platform that allows users to create personalized songs using text inputs, stories, and preferences.
3. Account Responsibilities
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are solely responsible for content you submit.
4. Prohibited Content
No hate speech, harassment, content involving minors, violence, illegal activity, or copyrighted content without permission.
5. Credit System & Payments
*Credits are non-refundable unless required by law. Purchases processed via App Store, Play Store, or Stripe.
6. Subscription Information
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. Manage or cancel via App Store/Play Store settings or your account settings.
7. AI-Generated Content
Songs may be used personally or shared. We do not guarantee quality or accuracy of AI-generated content.
8. Data & Privacy
Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy. Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual Property
All rights belong to GenX or its licensors.
10. Refund Policy
Credits are non-refundable except in cases of duplicate payments or technical issues. Contact us for assistance with billing problems.
